Grand Blanc Township, Michigan — On Sunday, September 28, 2025, a tragic attack unfolded at a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chapel in Grand Blanc Township, Michigan, resulting in multiple deaths and injuries.

- His family described him as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather; he enjoyed time with his grandchildren, researching trains, and playing golf.
